This little blog is a place to post some of my thoughts on Agile.
I'm specifically interested in how flavors of Agile--Lean and Scrum--can completely evolve how we do business. Small startup or huge multinational, I believe a properly implemented and integrated Agile process can take business and allow us to run far more efficiently and creatively. We're living the future in the Tech world with new devices, computers, and cloud-based applications. Now many development groups create software and technology using a tight Agile framework. Now it's time to move this revolution in process to change the way we do business: boardroom execs, development engineers, product management, marketing, operations; everyone.
